This is now a quite old clip from our first dojo in Haugesund, back in 2009. We were just going through some techniques, its all filmed in one take and cut and edited later. The Ukes veer beginners and had never seen most of the techniques they were encountered with, but still had great ukemi. We wanted to post it as a memory and maybe an inspiration. Its a video that focuses on the way uke(reciever) can move and be supported by nage (thrower). This only shows one way, one interpretation and a few techniques. We hope it can be an inspiration, it is not meant as a manual for how to perform the techniques of Aikido.
We practice Aikikai Aikido, under the Norwegian Aikido Federation, Aikikai Hombu Dojo and the IAF.
