The first story looks at the sinking of a Royal Thai Navy frigate HTMS Sukhothai after an engine malfunction flooded the ship and the search for 33 lost crewmembers. Second, the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach decide to end their threatened Hyper-Demurrage charges now that the ports are seeking the return of business as the ports fall below pre-COVID levels.
