This instrumental version of Bob Marley's "Is This Love?" is from my 3rd album "Instrumental Institution" (EP) released september 2020 on Spotify etc. Recorded at Badabing studio Horten, Norway by Robert Hauge June 2020. No overdubs were done.
The guitar was recorded using both internal systems on my Faith Jupiter jumbo (Fishman Rare Earth pickup & K&K Trinity systems) + a few quality condensor microphones. The signal from the Rare Earth pickup was dropped an octave, given some EQ, compression and effects, then blended back with the rest of the audio signals. Listen on headphones or good speakers for full effect!!
